Youth Dialogues on Race & Ethnicity includes a summer program and campus retreat which feature experiential exercises on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The program also includes a special pre-college day with information on the importance of higher education, opportunities to meet admissions and financial aid officers, and discussions with university students and professors about such topics as “Getting Involved on Campus”, “First Generation Student Experience”, “Student Activism on Campus”, and more.

We believe that access to college are civil rights and social justice issues, and work with participants to draft application essays in which they use their experiences as a way to strengthen their essays.
